It is used for the corner combining of aluminum or insulating aluminum doors and windows. It crimps four corners of one frame or leaf of door or window at one time. The control system eliminates positioning tolerance by taking advantage of the principles of position control and torque feedback. The servo system and auto braking device renders accurate crimping dimensions and reliable positions. Double-layer enlarged positioning blocks are applied to the four outer corners of a door or window, making the positioning more reliable. Two feedings separately under high and low pressure are applied to increase the synchronization of tools.
